Student Application

Application Instructions:

1. Please enter all of your child's information. If you are applying for more than one child, enter your contact information for the oldest child. It isn't necessary to type everything again. Please ensure your name as the Parent/Guardian is entered for each child.

2. Upon receipt, we will contact you at the provided number to get additional information.

3. You will receive emails from QuickSchools and SmartTuition. Please watch for these emails. When you receive your QuickSchools login information, please log into the system and finish entering all fields. It is important that we have this information on file.

4. You will receive a bill through QuickSchools for $35 to cover the Application Fee

If you prefer, you can also download the Application and bring it in the office during office hours. For online applicants, the Media & Medical Release as well as the Handbook Agreement can be signed and dropped off with your teacher.
